By signing up, you agree that District 61 publishes on this website your name as you typed it, your club and its division and area, your city (if you give one), the languages you speak in, your topics, your bio, your formats and how far you will travel. Your email address is never shown, not even to district leaders: anyone can reach you through a contact form, and we forward their message to you alone (nobody else is copied); if you reply, they see your address. Your listing is published only after you confirm your email address and a district leader has reviewed it. Letting search engines show your profile is a separate choice, below. How long it is kept: an unconfirmed sign-up is deleted within 38 days; a listing waiting for review is deleted within 121 days. Once you are listed, we ask you to confirm within 397 days of your last confirmation; if you do not answer, the listing is hidden within 60 days of that email and deleted within 90 days after that, which is at most 517 days after your last confirmation. A listing you pause is deleted within 426 days unless you resume it. A record that a request was sent to you, without its content, is kept for at most 121 days. You can edit, pause or withdraw your listing at any time from the link in our emails; if you withdraw, it is deleted immediately. You can also ask district leaders to delete it.
