District Council

The Annual District Council Meeting is where District 61 conducts its most important business of the year. Club presidents and vice presidents education from across Québec and eastern Ontario, together with the district leadership team, meet to make decisions that shape the district’s direction for the year ahead.

The agenda includes the election of district officers for the 2027–2028 term, adoption of the district alignment, and other business brought before the Council. Each club’s votes are cast by its president or vice president education, so please make sure at least one of your club’s officers attends.
