Treasurer

The Treasurer keeps the club financially healthy: collecting dues, paying the club's bills, and submitting the twice-yearly membership renewals to World Headquarters on time.

Watch the renewal deadlines — October 1 and April 1 — budget for the club year, and keep the records that make a smooth handover to the next Treasurer possible. Late renewals are the most common cause of a club losing good standing, so those two dates belong in the calendar.
